Our Team Standards

To avoid being let down by bookkeepers who claim they are proficient in accounting software when actually they are not, we use the Bookkeeping Skills Assessment to test an applicant’s proficiency in the respective software and general bookkeeping skills. This assessment must be completed successfully before an applicant has an interview, and helps enormously to weed out inexperienced candidates.

Our bookkeepers are required to fulfill four standards — education, experience, testing & training

  • Minimum Accounting 1/2 at the college level

  • Minimum 5 years experience

  • Successfully completed the Bookkeeping Skills Assessment

  • Successfully completed Bookkeeping Online Training Program

  • Successfully completed Dynamic Accounting Orientation and Training

  • They then qualify as Certified Dynamic Accounting Bookkeepers
